Our Team

Hello! My name is Shirin Wadhwa and I am a junior at Indiana University Bloomington, majoring in Finance. I have always had a passion for women empowerment, and when I learned about how little representation women had in VC, I knew I had to do something. My response was the creation of my nonprofit, Women Entrepreneurs, where our focus is to empower underserved entrepreneurial women across the world and give them the support to succeed. Outside of Women Entrepreneurs, I enjoy traveling, and being outdoors. 

Hi! My name is Meghana Nuthi. I am currently a junior at Oklahoma University, in their BS/MD program. I decided to get involved with Women Entrepreneurs because I recognized the lack of opportunity women have to start up their small businesses. I believe that it is important to encourage women to pursue their passions and ideas which is why I joined the Women Entrepreneurs Team. In addition to my work here, I advocate for women's reproductive rights and women in healthcare by participating in the Period Movement. Additionally, I enjoy dancing, cooking, and eating and exploring different mediums of art.
